PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP OMSET PENJUALAN PADA USAHA BATAKO BAPAK ADANTO DI RAPAK DALAM TAHUN 2020
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine product quality, to determine sales turnover, and to
determine the significance of the effect between product quality and sales turnover. The type of
research used is the type of quantitative research. The population of this research is the buyers of
Mr. Adanto's brick business in Rpak Dalam, totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques in this
study are observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the
data analysis, it can be seen that the value of tcount = 3,440 > ttable = 2,048, then partially there is a
significant influence between the effect of product quality on sales turnover at Mr. Adanto's brick
business in Rpak in 2020. Furthermore, based on R Square or coefficient of determination of 0,517
which means, the sales turnover variable is 52%.
