The degradation of dyestuffs by photocatalysis method is a fascinating subject to study because it is simple and reduce the quantity of new waste generated during the process. The purpose of this study is to use a Zn-Fe3O4/WO3 composite to photocatalyze the degradation of methylene blue, as a model organic pollutant. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to examine the catalyst's properties. The XRD investigation confirmed the presence of a composite structure of Zn-Fe3O4/WO3. The morphological particles of Zn-Fe3O4/WO3 are non-uniform and tend to agglomerate, as evidenced by SEM image. The optimal conditions of photocatalytic process were 50 mL methylene blue (10 ppm), 0.2 g weight of Zn-Fe3O4/WO3 catalyst and a contact time of 30 min, which resulted in an 81.38 % degradation.en_US
