This study aims to analyze the effect addition of betaine to feed on survival rate, growth, efficiency feed, and feed conversion ratio, and determine the appropriate dose of betaine addition of hoven’s carp. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of four treatments and three replicates, namely P1(betaine 0 g/kg feed), P2(betaine 3 g/kg feed), P3(betaine 6 g/kg feed), dan P4(betaine 9 g/kg feed). The results obtained showed that hoven’s carp fry showed a significantly effect on absolute weight growth (P&lt;0,05), however not significantly effect on survival rate, total length growth, specific growth rate, efficiency feed, and feed conversion ratio (P&gt;0,05). The result showed that in the P4 with addition dose of betaine 9 g/kg feed gave the highest average value for absolute weight growth, total length growth, and efficiency feed. The water quality during this rearing suitable to support the survival rate and growth of hoven’s carp fry.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of incubation temperature which different on hatching rate and&#13;
hatching time of fish synodontis eggs (Synodontis eupterus), and to determine the optimum temperature for hatching rate and hatching time of fish synodontis eggs. This research is experimental research with&#13;
parameters measured were the hatching time and hatching rate of synodontis eggs. The experiment using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 4 treatments difference, P1 (26-28°C), P2 (28±1°C), P3 (30±1°C), dan P4 (32±1°C) and 3 replications. The Results of this study show differences in the of incubation temperature significantly influence on hatching time of fish synodontis eggs (P&lt;0.05), however not significantly influence on hatching rate of fish synodontis eggs (P&gt;0.05). Hatching time obtained in treatment P4 (32±1°C) average value at 936 minutes (15 hours 36 minutes) and longest treatment P1 (26-28°C) average value at 1354 minutes (22 hours 34 minutes). Highest hatching rate of fish synodontis on treatment P2 (28±1°C) average value that was equal to 58,52% and treatment P4 (32±1°C) amounted to 34,61%. This research aims to analyze the growth rate and survival of tilapia cultivated in RAS and biofloc systems. To analyze the difference in feed conversion ratio in RAS and biofloc systems.To analyze the water quality criteria present in both systems during the experimental period. This research uses action research methods (ex post facto), namely research conducted based on field conditions, thus only using treatments in cultivation activities without any repetitions with treatment P1: biofloc system P2: Recirculating Aquaculture System. The results of this study indicate that the difference in production of tilapia seeds (Oreochromis niloticus) with recirculating aquaculture system and biofloc technology provides a response that is not significantly different (P&gt;0.05) in absolute weight growth, specific weight growth rate, and survival.However, in the biofloc system, absolute weight growth, specific weight growth rate, and survival tend to have better values.The level of feed utilization of tilapia in RAS and biofloc systems can be said to be effective. However, FCR for biofloc is still better at 0.9 compared to the RAS system which has an FCR value of 1.0. Water quality conditions such as temperature, DO, and pH, as well as ammonia measured during the research, are still within the optimum range for the survival&#13;
and growth of tilapia.

The purpose of study to analyze the effect of Spirulina sp. to feed on color perfomance and&#13;
growth of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio), and to determine the appropriate dose Spirulina sp&#13;
addition to the feed. The experiment using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD),&#13;
consisted of four treatments and three replications. Each treatments added Spirulina sp 0%,&#13;
3%, 6%, dan 9%. Fish color measurements are carried out using a color meter modified Toca&#13;
Color Finder (TCF). The Results of this study show that the addition Spirulina sp to the feed&#13;
significantly influence on color level based, absolute weight growth, specific growth rate, and&#13;
survival rate the koi fish (P&lt;0,05), however not significantly influence on changes in the&#13;
dimensions of red, changes in color brightness L*a*b, and total length growth the koi fish&#13;
