Currently, the world is presented with sophistication in the field of technology, including company management. A superior company is an organization that can optimize all aspects. Speaking of existence, one of the essential pillars that support company sustainability is technology adoption. Referring to this premise, this study is structured to elaborate on the elements that determine firm performance (FP). These elements are designed into three factors: (1) digital technology usage/DTU, (2) digital transformation strategy/DTS, and (3) organizational agility/OA. This study concentrated on 159 samples compiled from small,
medium, and large-scale businesses. Nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling data were extracted via PLS-SEM. Quantitative findings revealed that DTU has positive implications for DTS, OA, and FP. Empirical studies prove that DTS and OA also have a positive impact on FP. The current empirical research concludes that the increase in digital technology usage further develops digital transformation strategy, organizational agility, and firm performance. Improvements in digital transformation strategy or organizational agility can improve firm performance. Policy implications open up space for managerial actors to prioritize more complex ideas, solutions, and alternatives in strengthening mastery of the technology.

Even though the social order is starting to recover from the risk of Covid-19 transmission, but the performance of food security is still constrained in some countries, including Indonesia, where the majority of the population consumes rice. If the infection rate spikes again, it can hamper the supply chain for food commodities such as rice. From this paper, the research target focuses on the structure of the supply chain in rice under government supervision operated by a national company. In distribution capacity, domestic rice is a local type of superior quality to every interisland agricultural cooperative in Indonesia. Overall, this scientific paper calculates the multidimensional disruption in the rice supply chain from across the major islands in Indonesia During a normal situation and after a pandemic. A series of annual report data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) are tabulated using parametric regression. The research sample is framed in a combination of agricultural cooperatives in 6 objects in Indonesia based on 12 key variables. The time panel is divided into two compositions: 2017–2019 (pre–Covid) and 2020–2022 (post–Covid). The output of the study clarifies that there is a significant relationship between pre–Covid and post–Covid to the manufacturing industry, quality control, logistics, land infrastructure, and sales significantly. Then, there was a significant link between pre–Covid and post–Covid from paddy production to the manufacturing industry mediated by supply, logistics to agricultural cooperatives mediated by land and marine infrastructure, then agricultural cooperatives to consumers mediated by sales. In relation to this research, the participation of stakeholders is suggested to adopt schemes and controls that are integrated with the transition of the rice supply chain.

The Indonesian government administration, which was originally centered in Jakarta, will be moved in 2024. Interestingly, the construction of the Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) reaps pros–cons from the community. Discussions about the IKN planning pattern continue to be debated. To conduct this event, the orientation of the article is to invite public participation (outside the government) to determine the choice of what planning format is valid for the sustainability of the new IKN development. The profiles of respondents are local netizens who often use social media to test their insights who live around the IKN. The cluster sampling survey was carried out partially using online interviews throughout the 2022 period. Besides, the data collection process only focused on 251 respondents who have skills and are certified as urban planners who are members of associations with special expertise. The collected primary data is extracted into the Chi–Square model. As a result, it detects that the planning formulation suggested by netizens has an effect on the sustainability of the IKN development. From various walks of life including: scientists, observers/environmental activists, community leaders, social media observers, and entrepreneurs, the majority consider the most realistic planning approach for the sustainability of IKNs to be green cities. For the long–term, netizens reason and assume that this concept fulfills the necessary of green open space (RTH).
