Komsanah Sukarti, Ach. Ariffien Bratawinata, A. Syafei Sidik dan Paulus Matius. 2013. Vegetation relationships demarcation Against Fish Abundance in the River Separi. Konferensi Akuakultur Indonesia 2013. The research was conducted in four observation stations in Separi River basin. The results showed that the diversity of plant species in all observation stations on low to medium category, the uniformity of the species in the lower category until evenly, and species dominant in the category of non-dominant species to dominant. It is dominated by the riparian vegetation and tree stands mixed herbs, fish species dominated by Cyprinidae familia, Siluridae, Chanidae and Bagridae. Regression equation between vegetation and species of fish: Y = 3.706+0.175 X1 (r = 0.699; R2 = 48.8%). Regression equation between the vegetation and the number of individual fish: Y = -8.511+1.87 X1 (r = 0.694; R2 = 48.2%). Keywords: fish; Separi river; Vegetation
